Information you give us. When you contact us, request a demo, subscribe to our blog, or sign up for ZenhCare, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, and role.
Patient and clinical records. Patient data inside the ZenhCare platform (appointments, prescriptions, reports, billing) is entered and controlled by the healthcare facility or doctor providing your care. We process that data on their behalf to operate the service; the facility remains responsible for it as your care provider.
Technical information. Like most websites, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running reliably.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and support the ZenhCare platform.
- To respond to enquiries and demo requests.
- To send service updates, and — only where you have opted in — newsletters and product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How we protect it

For patient records held by a hospital or doctor, please contact that facility directly — we will support them in fulfilling your request.
