These terms govern your use of the ZenhCare website and the ZenhCare healthcare management platform. By using either, you agree to them. If you are using ZenhCare on behalf of a hospital, clinic, or practice, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organization.
The service
ZenhCare is practice- and hospital-management software: appointments, patient records, prescriptions, pharmacy, lab, billing, HR, and reporting on one platform. Access to the platform is provided under the subscription plan your organization selects; the details of each plan are described on the Plans page.
Medical disclaimer
ZenhCare is a tool for managing healthcare operations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this website or in the platform is a substitute for the professional judgement of qualified healthcare providers. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating professionals and facilities.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when registering a facility, doctor profile, or patient account.
- Do not misuse the service — including attempting to access data you are not authorised for, interfering with the platform’s operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Your data
Records your organization creates in ZenhCare belong to your organization. You can export your data, and our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed per the plan your organization selects. We give advance notice of any pricing change, which takes effect from your next billing cycle.
Intellectual property
The ZenhCare software, website, brand, and content are owned by ZenhCare and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a right to use the platform — not ownership of it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep ZenhCare available and reliable, but no software is uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenhCare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, your organization can request an export of its data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
